Customized Music Festival LED Signage for FêteGlow Lighting Team

FêteGlow is a well-known outdoor music event lighting design team in the Caribbean and North America, known for its high-energy, strong visual stage atmosphere design, and has been creating immersive scenarios for large-scale carnivals, brand parties and music festivals in Europe and the United States for many years.

 In order to strengthen event recognition and audience interaction, they planned to create exclusive logos and spatial installations with LED signage, placing high demands on the product's brightness, outdoor waterproof performance, and styling creativity. JXin was chosen to work with them because of our core strengths in multi-craft customization, industrial-grade outdoor protection design, and fast delivery.

Project Background

In early 2025, the FêteGlow team was looking for a co-producer for their annual themed event "NIGHT FÊTE WAVE", the requirements included:

● A set of main visual neon signage for the backdrop of the main stage.

● A number of modeling lamps and slogans for on-site installations and photo booth walls.

● Safe and durable, can be reused for multiple occasions.

● Custom color mixing to match brand colors, sampling service required

The FêteGlow team found JXin through an online search and expressed a high level of interest in our case studies and production capabilities during our first communication.

Cooperation Highlights

1. Design co-creation, quick response

The client provided the slogan "WAVE ON!" and the main visual color palette, our design team completed several visual proposals within 3 days, including light bar alignment, lettering embossing, lighting effect simulation, etc., and provided suggestions for installation of lighting fixtures in conjunction with the structure of the event venue.

2. Craftsmanship

In order to achieve a sense of rhythm and three-dimensional layering effect, we chose a double-layer neon structure + iron back frame with dynamic flashing modules to achieve stable output and strong visual impact, UV back panel and engraving technology to further restore the details of the brand's lettering.

3. 100% brand restoration

Customers have strict restoration requirements for the main color of the brand, violet and blue gradient, JXin uses Pantone® color cards to compare and contrast colors and conducts three rounds of sampling to achieve high saturation and high consistency of the color mixing effect.

4. High-specification outdoor protection

The entire product is equipped with IP65 waterproof structure, with no exposed wires to ensure safe and stable operation in outdoor high humidity and high temperature environments.

5. Flexible and Fast Delivery

The whole project only took 40 days from design sampling to delivery, and it only took 48 hours from design confirmation to sample completion, so we responded to customers' needs quickly and delivered the products in advance, which helped us to prepare for the event efficiently.

6. Convenient Installation and Transportation

The large light boards are pre-designed with iron frame holes, the small light fixtures are designed with integrated plugs, and all of them are packaged in customized color boxes and bubble boxes to ensure safety for long-distance transportation.

Design and polishing process

First draft submission stage

The client provided the event's main visual and brand color palette, and hoped that the neon slogan would be "WAVE ON!" and show a strong sense of rhythm. jXin design team proposed three sets of font options and light bar alignment design, and provided material and animation mockups.

Color Restoration Adjustment

The client wanted a gradient violet-blue color for the main visual impression. JXin used the Pantone® color card contrasting color mixing technology, together with the two-stage color mixing process, and restored the design requirements perfectly after 3 color adjustments.

Structural and Installation Optimization

As the event was an outdoor stage, JXin suggested using an aluminum frame backboard + waterproof LED signage combination with pre-designed holes for quick mounting to facilitate fast installation and on-site switching.

Efficient Sample Delivery

The first sample will be completed within 72 hours after design confirmation, and will be accompanied by a video demonstration of the simulated on-site lighting effect for the client's internal decision-making review.

Packaging and Transportation

In order to ensure that the products remain intact during long distance international transportation, we configure the packaging according to the structure of different lamps:

● Customized airplane box + double-layer pearl cotton lining, shock-absorbing and pressure-resistant.

● Customized logo printed on the color box to keep the visual consistency with the event theme.

● Reserve spare parts and easy installation instructions for quick setup on-site.

● Assist in the preparation of customs documents at the event site to complete hassle-free customs clearance.

Customer Feedback

JXin is not just a manufacturer, but an extension of our creative team. From the first draft to the details of the color palette, from the packaging method to the protective structure, every detail was responded to positively. Our first collaboration went very well, and the neon installation attracted a lot of photographs from participants at the event, and was also successfully extended to social media platforms to broaden the topic of exposure, which helped our brand realize a very good publicity and display effect.

Results and Future Development

The customized LED signage collaboration became a high-frequency hit on social media as soon as it was unveiled at the event. The FêteGlow team was highly positive about the final result, the production details and the package delivery, and based on the feedback from the event, the client has already planned to place additional orders and further expand the product line, including the signage for the flash mob booths at the festival and the stage lighting fonts, and formally signed a long-term cooperation agreement with JXin after the event. After the event, JXin officially signed a long-term cooperation agreement with JXin, and will continue to develop more creative lighting applications in the future.
