1.How are the signs made?
All our signs are hand made by professionally trained craftsmen. We use premium quality LED Flex in a variety of colors that come on a range of backing options ranging from clear acrylic to Aluminum composite sheeting, Please note that although we take the utmost care in creating your sign, as the signs are handmade, there may be small spots of glue around the neon flex. It won't be notice when sign is lit.
2.Does it get hot?
No, LED Neon Flex is low voltage so it generates next to no heat and is safe to touch.
3.Is it noisy?
No, neon flex doesn’t buzz or hum like traditional gas neon tubes.
4.Can the sign break?
Neon flex is quite durable and almost unbreakable. During the production process, we ensure that all sections and bends have bonded correctly with the backing to ensure there are no areas of pressure to break the neon's bond.
5.How long will you’re Sign last ?
Our LED Neon Flex has an approximate lifespan 50,000 hours (Approximately 5 1/2 years 24/7 Indoor Only).
All of our signs are custom made to which are all non-refundable due to “change of mind”. So please make sure you’re 100% happy with your choice!
We’ll make sure that your sign is working at 100% before we send it out, however in the case if it being delivered damaged or broken, we will need you to notify us within 24hours in writing, along with photo evidence of the sign and damaged packaging. Returns will be at the buyer’s cost.
Faulty signs will be repaired and sent back at our cost. Please contact us immediately via email if you need to organise a return for faulty sign.
