Outstanding Achievements & Rewarding Bonuses

On Dec 30^th, 2025, Zhongshan Jingxin Optoelectronics hosted a recognition ceremony to commend its business team for surpassing the third-quarter KPI target by over 100%.

At this event, a total bonus of nearly ten thousand yuan was awarded to the business team. Prior to the bonus distribution, all staff participated in a lucky draw, with each member winning one to two prizes. Subsequently, Rachel Ying delivered an inspiring speech, in which she highly recognized the business team’s dedicated efforts and extended her sincere congratulations to all employees. Meanwhile, she also expressed earnest expectations to operation team and encouraged everyone to keep forging ahead and strive to accomplish more ambitious goals.

The business team’s outstanding achievement of overfulfilling the KPIs could not have been realized without collective collaboration. This success stemmed not only from the relentless hard work of the business team members, but also from the meticulous support of the design team and the solid dedication of the frontline factory staff. It is precisely our cohesive team strength and unwavering commitment to quality that have earned us customers’ trust and secured their loyalty to our products and services.
